Studio Policies

THE LOW DOWN

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before class starts.

  • You must be 16 years old or older to practice at Fuze House. Clients 16-17 will require a signature from a parent or guardian in-studio.

  • The studio room is heated, using infrared heating technology and gets to between 90 -95 degrees.

  • Please be on your mat at the start time of class.

  • Yoga mats and towels are available to rent so you can travel light.

  • We have a water dispenser so bring your bottles.

  • Our studios only accept credit/debit cards, we do not accept cash payments.

LATE POLICY

  • We do not allow late entry for first time clients to any classes for your safety.

  • If you are more than 5 min late, your spot will be given to a waitlisted client No exceptions

  • Entry to the studio will not be allowed 10 min after class start time. No exceptions.

CANCELLATIONS

  • You must cancel your class 12 hours or more prior to class start time in order to unreserve your spot and return it to your account.

  • If you late-cancel less than 12 hours prior to class start time your class will not be returned to your account.

  • As applicable, classes and packages are non-refundable, all early class cancellations, if cancelled 12 hours before class start time, will result in the return of class credit. All events and workshops are final sale, therefore are non refundable.

  • Please note, if you are more than five minutes late your spot will be given to a fellow practitioner on the waitlist.

NO-SHOWS

If you do not show up to class and do not cancel, your class will still be deducted from your account.

WAITLIST

If a class you’d like to take is full, we highly recommend putting yourself on the waitlist. In order to do so, you must purchase a class or series. If you do not get a spot in the class, the class credit will be returned to your account. If a spot opens more than 12 hours before the start of class, you will be added to the class and receive an email confirmation.

All classes have a 12 hour cancellation policy, so if you’re added to a class from the waitlist at any time more than 12 hours before the start of class, be aware that the 12 hour cancellation policy still applies. If you are added to the class and don’t remove yourself in time, you will lose the class credit.

Any time before 12 hours of the start of class, if you are still on the waitlist and realize you no longer want a spot in class, please remove yourself from the waitlist, just like you would cancel a class, and the class credit will be returned to your account.

Please note that the waitlist locks and becomes void at the 12 hour mark prior to that class start time – therefore, potential spots in the class are available on a first come first serve basis.

HOW DO I CHECK IF I AM ON THE WAITLIST?

To check your waitlist status, log in to your account and select My Classes. If you are on the waitlist, you will see your waitlist position. If you do not want this class, be sure to remove yourself from the waitlist or notify us and we’ll remove you.

CLASS PACK EXTENSIONS

  • We do not offer extensions on Single Classes or Class Packages.

LOST & FOUND

  • Fuze house is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
